Sean Price Has Passed Away

Emcee Sean Price has passed away this morning in Brooklyn. The official cause is not yet known, but the rapper left us in his sleep at his home and was discovered earlier today.

Sean was a favorite of the entire BDTB family and our thoughts/condolences/prayers go out to the family and Duck Down Records during this difficult period.

Price started out in the duo Heltah Skeltah with partner in rhyme, Rock. Then, back in 2012 Sean released a solo project and took the world by storm with his album, Mic Tyson. After that we started getting some of the most hilarious viral videos that the web has seen. One of my personal favorites is included below.

He will be greatly missed. Rest easy, Mr. Price.
