    BDTB Presents: The Wrap Up Magazine: Volume 1, Issue 1


    Below you will find the debut of our Wrap Up magazine. The intended goal of this was to showcase some of the artists in Indianapolis and the midwest vigilantly pursuing their dreams and goals. Hopefully this will showcase into the lives of a few artists you weren’t familiar with before.

    For our first issue, we decided to interview the winners from each category of our first ever yearly Wrap Up voting (which you can check out here). The winners of this years Wrap Up were EJAAZ, DJ MetroGnome, Sirius Blvck with Digital Rabbit, Blake Allee, The Pro Letarians, and Lonegevity. We also have an interview with Chicago reppers Slot-A, Mike Schpitz, Papi Jamon, and DJ Ves120. Check the full publication out below, and feel free to give us some feedback!     Next Saturday will be our first #turnoffyourf*ckingradio event, and we’re happy to have Chicago’s Mike Schpitz and Slot-A in town to perform songs off of their previous BDTB sponsored Have You Seen My Stapler?, as well as Papi Jamon doing some tracks off of his BDTB sponsored project with producer Lonegevity entitled Connect Game. Naptown’s Blake Allee and Pope Adrian Bless will be jamming as well, and they both have BDTB sponsored projects coming up!

    Papi Jamon x LONEgevity “Connect Game” Release | @PapiJamon @Lonegevity


    Chicago emcee Papi Jamon and Indianapolis producer LONEgevity linked up a few months ago and knocked out a 7-track EP entitled Connect Game, and after singles about phony rappers, vibing in the midwest, how to correctly rock a crowd, and the violence in many of our cities today, they’ve let us unleash their 7 track project to the masses. The project features Hinx Jones, P One, and is mixed and mastered by ILL Brown. Artwork by Ves120.

    As a bonus item, there’s alternate artwork (that you see above) and an instrumental from Lonegevity that samples Mike Tyson’s Punchout and Super Mario 3. It’s only available in the zip file below so grab that. Enjoy!

    Papi Jamon drove down from Chicago back in May, and him and BDTB’s Lonegevity knocked out a short little EP that will be entitled Connect Game. This project will drop in the next month or so, and here is the first single for your listening pleasure. There are features on the project from Hinx Jones and P1, the project is produced entirely by Lonegevity, and ILL Brown put the mastering touches on it. Enjoy!
