    Breakdown Kings Performance & Interview on WishTV (Video) | @breakdownkings @SkittzFormPro @Ace_One_

Although you have to fast forward a bit to get to the video, above is a live performance from Naptown’s Breakdown Kings this morning on WishTV. The Breakdown Kings include Cut Camp emcee’s Skittz (who has a couple sponsored projects with us) and ACE ONE. Additionally, check out the information on their upcoming performance at the annual Kammy’s Kause event this weekend.

Two days of music, food and friends – Raising money to fund awareness, research and support!

Kammy’s Kause is the largest fundraiser in the United States for the 4p- Support Group, a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization. To date, Kammy’s Kause has raised over $75,000 which has been donated directly do the 4p- Support Group.

    Kammy’s Story:
Kamdyn “Kammy” Hiner, resident of Fortville, Indiana, was born in 2001 and shortly after diagnosed in 2002 with an extremely rare chromosome disorder called 4p-, also known as Wolf-Hirschhorn Syndrome (WHS). With only 150 +/- cases known in the United States it was very difficult to find research and support. Kammy’s family found a support group online called the 4p- Support Group. Through the online support group, they were able to connect with other families with 4p- children and share experiences and learn from one another. The compassion, empathy and knowledge found within the support group helped immensely in the early intervention with Kammy.

Jared Hiner, Father of Kammy, recognized an enormous need for funding after researching the 4p- Support Group and found the annual income for the support group was around $800 at the time he had joined. Shortly after learning this Jared organized the very first Kammy’s Kause in 2004, which raised over $1,000 for the 4p- Support Group. What started out as an afternoon event with 5 local bands, 50 attendees, and Kammy’s grandparents selling candy bars and sodas has progressed into a 2-day music festival with 13 regional bands, thousands of attendees, Kammy’s Ride, Kid Zone, Live Auktion, and sponsors throughout the Midwest!
