He is also one of six emcees of Athletic Mic League (Buff1, 14KT, Grand Champ, Texture, Tres Styles and Vital joining with DJ Haircut) who continues to represent Detroit hip hop, a unique sound, and some of the hottest music. 14KT talks about growing up in Michigan, the hip hop scene, how he started producing, his inspiration & influences, winning the Red Bull Producer Battle, and more. We actually got to witness his musical brilliance during the interview of him making one of the dopest beats I’ve ever heard. The video also features some of his beats.
