Japanese producer ΔKTR (pronounced Actor) has dropped Suburbanfunkessentials, the latest addition in the 10″ release series from Repeat Pattern and Ta-ku’s brrwd label. ΔKTR’s sound is heavy in 80’s Funk and R&B grooves and draws production inspiration from internet sub-genres like Vaporwave. He blends these elements into a unique production style that is still uniquely Hip-Hop. ΔKTR’s drums knock and his samples will send you off floating. Another great addition to the so far impeccable run from brrwd.
