C.Shreve the Professor - "L!VE On The Beat"

C.Shreve the Professor returned a couple weeks ago with a new track, titled “L!VE On The Beat”, which was produced by Mike L!VE. As you can read more about below, Shreve and L!VE are working on a collaborative project to drop in the somewhat near future. Free bumpage.

This song features upbeat jazzy production from FTO’s own Mike L!VE and is intended as a reminder of what we do — “FTO heat if you ain’t already know.” The lyrics ring true to where we are currently: “My cypher moldin like clay, movin like Cassius / Greatness on the way up, my fingertips are like a layup / near my goals rollin nicely, told em pay up.”

This is the first release from our upcoming full project “FTOLive” and features myself on vocals and Mike L!VE on production. The album is in the final stages of recording and is largely focussed on creating new material to incorporate into the Free the Optimus live show (currently playing 100+ shows per year).

“FTOLive” is scheduled for a late summer release and will heavily feature Mike L!VE and myself throughout. The #FTOLive summer tour kicks off in late May and will travel throughout NC, VA, and TN for 15 dates.
