Breakfast of Champions is the debut release from Hoosier Apex. The group consists of Indiana natives; producer Ace Ha, and MCâs Branimal, Id Obelus, and Richard Cook.
All four have been creating innovative music on their own terms spanning the past four decades.âBreakfast of Championsâ pays homage to fellow Hoosier, Kurt Vonnegutâs novel of the same name. This 4-song EP takes a quick psych-hop journey into political and religious subject matter while exploring current events and concepts from a free-thinkerâs perspective.
Ace Ha seamlessly blends boom bap, trap, and 8-bit production to provide the perfect sonic playground for these seasoned MCâs to sound their unique voices and opinions over. This is an aural experience and an all-around great way to start your day!
