Kidd Kloud – “Ashtray Pt. 1(Float Away)” (Video)

Topeka continues to amaze me with the amount of talented artists putting out quality material, especially for such a small city. I recently discovered a new artist by the name of Kidd Kloud through a Facebook group that I follow and was immediately impressed with the vibe of the record and the quality of the video. Kidd Kloud is a pretty new artist but definitely sounds like he has a polished sound. Check out his recent video, “Ashtray Pt. 1(Float Away).” I’m looking forward to hearing what he has in store for the mixtape. “Who is Kidd Kloud? Well he’s more than just another local rapper. Born in Topeka Kansas, but wasn’t completely raised in Topeka. He spent about half his life in Arizona and California. He is an independent artist whose still a “Rookie” in the game. Started taking rap serious around fall of 2013. He is currently working on his first mixtape “Nimbus” Kidd Kloud is a new artist ready to take on the world and it’s willing to work with anybody who is down to bring out the best out of our city.”
