“How Cliché” is an EP created by AG Flux of Black Mask and A.V.I.U.S. of Prime Element. We take you through Cliché sayings in everyday life. Picking phrases that best relate to each of us, while keeping the subject relatable. Some tracks are extremely close and personal with other songs addressing the basic concepts of these overused terms. What one might find “Cliché”, another will say is a great refreshing philosophy to live by. So we tried to explore the positive reach and negative stigma that these words receive. We had a ton of fun creating a concept project that didn’t put us in a box. Being that these are for the most part recognizable statements, it gave us more freedom to interpret.
