Fjer – “Children”

A few days ago Fjer, a Danish songstress that is semi-associated with Tonedeff, released a two-track single for her “Children” track. One track is a radio edit and the other one is a QN5 remix featuring Substantial and DJ JS-1.

“Children” is the first single from Fjer’s forthcoming conceptual EP, Beautiful Home. A decidedly late-80’s Hip Hop vibe, complete with the dexterous scratches by Rocksteady Crew’s DJ JS-1 layered over Fjer’s wilting piano riff and wistful vocals.
